   The live music was so nice and my family enjoyed it. Our server was amazing and communicative. They also sent my mom a free shot of tequila for her birthday to be nice.

   Fantastic place if you like live music!! Food was phenomenal. Music starts at 7. $5 cover if you are there during live music. Well worth it. Strong drinks too!!

   Food was alright, not hot at all. Dessert took 35 minutes to arrive. Waiter said kitchen was having to prepare from scratch. Banana pudding had zero bananas, peach cobbler was burnt, and chocolate cake was frozen. Really? You could do much better. Took two hours from sit down to check paying.

   Everything was good. The kitchen was backed up due to multiple parties per our waitress, so the wait time to get our food was 30 minutes to get our appetizer and 30 minutes to get our main course. The live music made the wait not feel as long.

   Overall customer service experience could have been better. There was a miscommunication regarding pricing (on the restaurants end)- my family got the bill and was overcharged for the entertainment provided. The manager on duty was “too busy” to speak to me according to my server and when I finally had the chance to speak to her, she basically told me that she wouldn’t make any adjustments despite admitting that the overcharge was their fault. Finally after a while, she agreed to take off 10% (which was equivalent to what I was asking to be adjusted). This issue could have been resolved without blaming the patron after an admission of fault. We enjoyed the food. Entertainment was great. Server was great. Host and manager on duty need retraining.

   Could not have been a better evening. The service from the time we arrived was flawless. The food was great. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat.

    I have always had great experiences here. But this time everything was different . Food was very poor quality and not good at all . They couldn’t make a simple Mojito . Service was very slow . It was way too loud . I won’t be coming back anymore . This used to be one of my favorite places, but it has definitely went downhill.
