                                                                Food was tasty and came out really fast. However, the fondue casserole looked really old and used, you could see parts of the coating that had fallen through time. Hopefully we didn’t eat heavy metals on the cheese. The casseroles probably need an upgrade soon. Service was friendly and helpful.

He lied to us that the sun would only last 10mins, but the sun kept hitting us in our face for 2 hours. All of this even when there were many other tables available. Awful customer service.

                                                                I have not been to the Swiss Chalet in a decade. My daughter chose the restaurant for her birthday dinner. Our server was great and so was the food. Swiss Chalet is a Vail staple. Fondue was excellent.
