                                                                        We had a wonderful experience, as always, at T. Cook's. Our serve Rodrigo was particularly attentive, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. Our only issue had to do with trying to use the 5,000 reward points ($60 value) when we paid the bill. They would not accept it and my assumption is because I originally booked the restaurant through Open Table for November 21 but we meant to book it for last night, 11/16/24. Since I could not simply modify the date on the reservation (which I've always been able to do so in the past), I cancelled the first reservation and started over with the date of 11/16/. I certainly hope OT will put the 5,000 points back on my account so it can be used when I reserve another table at T. Cook's or another dining establishment. Please advise.

                                                                        Wonderful evening, although my $65 tenderloin was ice cold. It took quite a while, so I didn’t want send it back and have to wait since my son’s ribeye was hot. The half I took home and warmed up was really delicious. Otherwise, it was very nice. Great atmosphere!

                                                                        There is zero dress code, shorts and hats on a Sat night seems to be fine now. Dinner started at 615, we left at 9. Service was good, waiting for drinks or food took a loooong time.

                                                                        Wonderful experience. Service was great and the menu was well thought out. The drink menu is creative and the dessert menu is varied. The lemon creme brûlée was outstanding.
