An inviting restaurant that feels like an Italian neighborhood trattoria. Tavolino specializes in simple, elegant food including fresh salads, homemade pastas, pizzas, succulent roast and grilled meats, rotisserie chicken and game, and luscious desserts. Tavolino brings Italy to life in Tucson.

                                                                              It seems to our party of four that the portions have declined. This is a place we have been going to for 6 years. The waiter brought the wrong order to one of the people art our table which was corrected but a wait.

                                                                              The food and cocktails were very good. The only downfall to our service was waiter was given too much territory to cover. We waited for some needs after food was served because of this. Otherwise it was a great restaurant.

                                                                              Great dinner. Great flavors. Very generous serving sizes. Service was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. Very pleased with our dining experience and will definitely return.

                                                                              We made a reservation for a Birthday dinner. We showed up a little before 5 pm and were asked to wait outside until they open Being one of the first tables to be seated we were placed on the bar area close to a tv playing a basketball game. Our waiter doubled as a bartender and the nice tables on the other side of the partition were available. The service was handled by 2 different bar waiters and while they tried due to a busy bar our service was less than perfect. The food was prepared excellently and the quality was excellent. I was very disappointed with our location and the loud atmosphere. I highly recommend that you request not being in the bar area when you a make a reservation aat Tavolino
