A social atmosphere fit for a president. Join us where vibrant cocktail culture meets fun elegance and comfort food at this Dupont Circle neighborhood favorite. It is said that while President Theodore Roosevelt loved to eat, to him the dinner table was less an occasion for fine dining than as a springboard for conversations. In keeping with this, we have created a stunning interior design for Teddy and the Bully Bar that keeps patrons talking. Reflecting Theodore Roosevelt’s love for simple American comfort food, including steaks, oysters, fried chicken and house-made cornbread, our seasonal menus feature a contemporary twist on classic comfort dishes with a focus on quality, local and simplicity. We pay special attention to sourcing from our local producers, representing President Roosevelt’s belief to “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” We offer an exciting happy hour, energetic bottomless brunch (Sundays), and a perfect match of social energy and food culture.

Teddy & The Bully Bar brings you downtown DC's unique brunch. It's an unlimited experience with so many of your comfort food favorites served in tapas portions. Enjoy chicken & waffles & also indulge in many other options from our menu. Not only do you have unlimited plates of food, we have a made to order Belgian Waffle & Omelet station. Pick your favorite topping or fillings from the Chef's Table. The two hour experience includes bottomless mimosas or bellinis. There's even an ice cream bar with great flavors & toppings. At just $60 per person (not including tax, gratuity & 3.5% restaurant relief surcharge) It's a value like no other. Fresh music & a fantastic vibe awaits.

For the 12th year, Teddy will host our 4 course Thanksgiving Dinner. Start with house made cornbread, choose a starter from mushroom beignets, cranberry & beet salad & more; main course of endless carving station & sides featuring all natural, apple brined turkey, roasted prime rib, cedar plank salmon with sides like our popular mac & cheese, brioche stuffing, creamed spinach & more. Choose from our dessert offerings, Flourless chocolate cake, apple crostata, crème brulee or pumpkin pie donuts. WE will have your favorite football games on too. We welcome large groups & will be open from 11:30am until 7:30pm. $75/person for adults & $32/child (12 and under) Price does not include beverages, 10% tax, 3.5% restaurant surcharge & gratuity

Teddy's Christmas Day Feast is a distinctive 2 course a la carte, unlimited carving station & endless sides buffet that satisfies every fancy. 1st course is a choice of lobster ravioli, an organic beet salad, baked brie, fig & prosciutto or apple smoked pork belly. Next, the endless carving table of mustard glazed salmon, bourbon brined roast turkey, lamb chops & orange, Virginia glazed ham. Unlimited sides of charred brussels sprouts, cauliflower & cheese gratin, charred broccolini, mac & cheese, marshmallow yams, stuffing & more. Cherry cobbler, flourless chocolate cake, pineapple upside down cake. $75-adult, $30-kids 12 & under. Does not include beverages, tax, gratuity or 3.5% restaurant industry surcharge due to increases

What a way it was to have an Election Night Watch Party! Great food and super fun vibe! We had good food and drinks without missing out on a very important night. We love the decorations and really appreciate the theme. Such an enjoyable way to spend the night! Cheers!

Was very excited to try this restaurant, but was sorely disappointed in the food. Started with a dozen oysters which were not prepared properly - they had shell and sand fragments in them and were not cut off the shell - we had to dig them out with a knife. Also, the mignonette sauce was pure red vinegar, no shallots or oil/sugar. The waiter recommended the corn bread - it was hot and soft, had a drizzle of honey over it. Overall good - just nothing fancy. Then for the main meal we order the short ribs and Brussel sprouts. The short rib was very fatty, and the flavor was bland. We took a few bites and didn't eat the rest. The Brussel sprouts were "ok" but the white citrusy/chalky sauce on the top should have been left off. We only ate a few and pushed it to the side. Got two drinks and $200 and hungry bellies later, we left. Nothing was asked as to why we didn't eat our food, no compensation offered, and no one even refilled our water. Do not recommend based on our experience.

The $60 bottomless brunch was totally not worth it. 4 glasses of mimosas isn’t “bottomless” The menu didn’t have a lot of variety to it, also making it not worth it. Most of the food was tasty, and the ambience was great!!

We went for the Rosh Hashanah meal and it was really good! We especially liked the brisket and the flourless chocolate cake! The service was also great!

Excellent food for the. Bottomless brunch with so much variety even for vegetarians. Service was above and beyond and the waitstaff and servers were incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Even if something took a little longer they would make sure we were taken care of. The waffle station and ice cream station were amazing!! Amazing experience for brunch! The place is so clean and the vibe is great.

Teddy and the Bully Bar has the best brunch menu and options! Bottomless food and drink for a very reasonable price, and the food was so good! The waitstaff and ambience was perfect for our table of four, they were attentive, the music was at the right volume and we never had to ask twice about anything we needed.
