                                    This is a hidden gem in Bodega Bay, California. If you want fresh food, exquisitely prepared, and full of flavor then come visit Terrapin Creek Cafe. We went for the first time last night and we will definitively be making many return visits. This is local ingredients at their best!

                                    Another excellent dining experience at Terrapin. It was a birthday dinner. Food is amazing as well as the atmosphere. Casual yet a refined feel. We have had everything on their menu and there are no complaints. Always delicious and the portions perfect. Terrapin Creek is our favorite local restaurant.

                                    Fabulous as always. The service and food are unbelievably good. We sat by the fireplace, which was a great treat.!

                                    Everything we ordered was done to perfection. The caesar salad was crisp with just the right amount of dressing. The shaved vegetable salad was a great surprise of many flavors and textures ... don't miss it. The Hokkaido scallops were plump and tender and matched with flavorfully sauced veggies. The Dungeness crab cake was fabulous. The Alaskan Halibut, very generously sized, could not have been better. And finally, the passion fruit cheesecake was light and sweetly tangy. Everything perfectly prepared. Could not have been better.

                                    Never disappoints. We’ve been going here for as many years as the current owners have run the restaurant. They know what they do well, and they keep it going with perfect preparation and prioritizing seasonal and local ingredients. The quality of the food justifies the prices. We almost always order the hamachi crudo and oysters as our starters.
