                                    The Manhattan was top shelf and the Duck breast was cooked to perfection. However, the shiitake potato brussel hash that accompanied the duck was cloyingly sweet, covering the umami of the mushrooms and everything else. Same for the accompaniment on the very small portion of halibut, which had no sear. The texture of the grilled octopus was amazing, but lost in the excessive amount of toppings in which it was smothered. Tasty, but too much topping. Our server was perfunctory. Everything needed more acid, including the passion fruit topping of the exquisitely light cheesecake. Not the 30th anniversary experience I was hoping for, and shame on me for trying this place the last night before their winter vacation. I do recommend being seated by the fireplace.

                                    This is the best restaurant in this part of the State, by far. The food is always great. This night we had the fisherman's stew and the duck breast, both of which were excellent. Our server was friendly, timely, efficient, and great. The prices are still less than comparable restaurants in SF. Everyone should go to Terrapin Creek!

                                    This is one of the best restaurants in Sonoma county! Friendly service, outstanding food. The level of culinary excellence you would expect to find in a Michelin starred restaurant at the 2 star or higher level. We have never been disappointed coming here.

                                    Always a wonderful culinary experience. Top restaurant on the Sonoma coast by far. Worth the drive to Bodega Bay for a dining treat. Consistently excellent.

                                    I’m a foodie and I loved the delicious dinner we had a Terrapin Creek this week. The Alaskan halibut was cooked perfectly; the best we’ve ever had. The Caesar salad and crab cake were also fantastic. Go! You won’t be disappointed
