Gene was fantastic. Great service, great personality. Thank you, Gene! When I tried to tell the manager (tall skinny guy) about how great Gene was, he could barely bother to look up from his phone, so I want to make sure someone who might care a little more gets the message.

The Brazilian lemonade was extremely tart, we asked the waiter and he informed us it was bottled. ONE bottled water was $8, normally $4 for Aqua Panna. The meats weren’t the best cut. We dine at Fogos all the time and this was nothing in comparison.

We go here a few times a year, this time we went last night for my birthday. Neither the hostess or the waiter asked if we were celebrating anything and they usually do. The hostess barely said 2 words to us, hurried us to our table and walked away. We waited a long time for meat. When it finally did come around I was already full from the salad bar. Drinks weren’t filled once. We usually have a great experience. Last night was not a good one.

The food was delicious and enjoyed by all! Our server, Gene, was so pleasant, polite and accomodating! We'll be back!

Waiter was excellent! Food was good as always. A bit disappointed they were out of the wine my wife liked and her next choice they were out of the blackberry chambord . Only problem there was with anything

This is our favorite location due to the repeated top level service and also the manager is always very attentive to customers and staff. Excellent food as well but the customer service is what keeps us coming back!

Even though it was packed… My husband and I didn’t have to wait long… Cody was our server and he was excellent! I appreciate the owners or mana gets coming over and asking us how are we and how is everything?!

Overall, we had a good experience. Service was fairly quick however my fiancé who is lactose intolerant found there weren’t too many options for some things, but meat overall was great, tasted fresh and cooked well. Had one slice of flank that was a little rawer then what medium rare should be but still good overall.

For the first time visiting our experience was AWESOME!!! Our server who was in training did an excellent job and was so attentive to ensure that our experience was great! We will defiantly be back again
