My party wasn’t greeted by anyone for almost half an hour after we were seated for my reservation and we had to track down someone to help us get served. Other than that the food was good and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The only real issue was the meat was tough. The filet was hard to cut/chew. Some of the flank steak was the same way. The pichana was the best part

As always the food was great and the service was great, we went to celebrate our birthdays with friends. The only issue was so many tables have been added that you're right on top of your neighbors, even the servers were having issues getting around because of how tight the tables are together. With so many more tables added, it also makes it very loud if it's packed like it usually is any given day. Had a good time, just not as relaxing as it could have been.

I have been going here for years and it seems like it gets worse and worse. Your experience is mostly determined by how good of a waiter or waitress you have. They help guide you and make sure that you have everything that you want. In the past year I’ve had some pretty lackluster servers. I’m writing a fairly bad review because this time around the waiter I had was very rude and literally expressed how much he hated his job. He was not attentive at all and we ended up being the last ones to leave the restaurant because he took over a half an hour to get us checks after we told him we were ready to leave. This location is also very messy and there was a lot of food and trash on the floor. This location used to have a really great staff, but not anymore.

I’m glad I made a reservation- they were so busy they weren’t taking walk ins. The food is always amazing, and our server was top notch. I was wearing a long white coat and she offered to put it in the office for me so it wouldnt get trampled or accidentally get meat in it when the servers came around with the meat. That was just above and beyond customer service!

I was there on 1/11/2025, I reserved a table of 16 people, when I came there I had to wait for everyone to come by the door which I was very disappointed, my bill was also 485$ I paid cash and tipped her with my card, what happen was the server took my cash and charged my card 485$, I went to the manager all they said was I have to email Texas de Brazil. I was so disappointed that they really scammed my card like that, I’m a single Mother and I also have bills, and to SCAM me like that I’m so mad.
