Food and everything were nice. Our server was nice. But we had an incident while dining. We had a reservation for 5 at 8:30 me my fiancée and 3 teenage kids. Towards the end of the night around 9:30 a lot of the other people had cleared out and the other servers were cleaning tables around us so we were one of the last few tables in the restaurant. As we were finishing up and getting our stuff together to leave my daughter was still eating some of her desert so we waited a minute while she took a few more bites. While we sat there waiting my fiancée overheard one of the waitresses say in Spanish to another waitress that our daughter is taking forever to eat. The waitress didn’t know my fiancée knows and speaks fluent Spanish and could understand what she was saying. So my fiancée corrected the waitress and told that was not appropriate and she could hear what she said.

Excellent items on the salad bar--especially the black beans and rice. Each meat selection was savory and succuloent--melt in your mouth. My first time but not my last.

Great service from Briana. Meat servers were hit/miss in noticing whether meat card was turned on/off for meats. Lamb loin was delicious.

Loved it as usual. My corner seat next to the water station wasn’t the best but this restaurant never disappoints.

As usual, the food is excellent. Although the restaurant was packed we had a great service from our waiter Fernando and the grill masters going around the tables

We came on Christmas and it was packed. We were seated promptly. Food was really good except we never saw pork or beef ribs even though we asked. Every thing else food wise was really good! Service was good, could’ve been better but it was Christmas and they were packed. Will definitely come back.

Reservations for two at 4pm Christmas day 2024. So glad we had dined early because it was really packed by the time we left at 5:30 or so. Salad bar was smaller than I had experienced at other Texas De Brazille restaurants and overall the Columbus Ohio location could really use a face lift and some serious updates. There was a smell in the women's restrooms that made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was like sewer gas backing into the restroom. Aside from that- Our seats were in the back corner next to some very large windows facing the street. It was not warm or inviting instead rather cold and uncomfortable. There were so many tables crammed into a small area, it was difficult for my partner (who experiences issues with walking) to navigate through the tables to the salad bar and back carrying a plate. The food was good, no complaints about the delivery, service or performance. The steaks were grilled to perfection and tasty but Parmesan crusted chicken and pork were unfortunately, both a bit on the dry side. It was an hour to get to the location, free parking across the street was convenient. Honestly, expectations were low given it was Christmas day and that's exactly what was delivered.

Food was excellent. Salad bar awesome, all the meat was very good. But our server seed to keep forgetting about us. Took him almost an hour just to go make a single mixed drink when the table seated next to us later got their drinks in 10 minutes.

Exceptional service. Fabian was excellent at explaining how the restaurant works for new customers and very attentive on a busy Christmas Day.
