My wife and I have been to Texas De Brazil many times, mostly in Fort Worth. We have never had a poor experience until the Dallas location where our main waitress never asked my wife if she wanted another drink or being generally present at all. Our waitress had a few tables and it was not very busy so there is no excuse. The food was excellent as always, but having to wait 10 minutes or so before another gaucho shows up ruins the experience. We were literally skipped over multiple times when both of our cards were showing green. The managers were not much help either as my wife had asked for lamb chops multiple times only to wait an easy 30 minutes before she got them. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location.

Our waiter was excellent and the food was top notch, Feijoada rice and bean with maltodextran was authentic. I will be back just for the Feijoada let alone the delicious cuts of meat

I used 2 gift cards I purchased from Sam’s Club for $100. I received a Birthday email for complimentary champagne toast or dessert. I showed this to server before ordering. When it came time to pay I was told they treat gift cards from Sam’s Club like “Coupons “ and won’t honor both. BUYER BEWARE consumers who purchase gift cards are expecting them to be treated like a gift card/cash not a coupon. Never coming back and spreading the word. My Husbands Birthday was tainted.

The food was good however I was disappointed with the salad bar offerings. The service was good but slow which I attributed to the holiday volumes. I would recommend this dining establishment to everyone and will be back again!
