Overall the experience was great! We came for my moms birthday and i thought it was nice. The salad bar was pretty good and the flank steak was great!

I have dined here approximately a dozen times over the last several years. The service and food was up to the standards that I have expected based on my previous visits. There was one area however where they dropped the ball this time. The men's restroom was not clean. There were no hand towels and I hate their Dyson hand dryers. I wish they would just get rid of those nasty germ breeders. The counter where the hand wash sinks were located was saturated with standing water, therefore I had to lift my grandson up to keep him from getting his shirt soaked. I will definitely continue to dine here, but wanted management to know about this hiccup. I wonder if it was only the men's side that looked like this or if it applied to the women's as well ?? It is definitely a unique dining experience, and while it might be a little on the pricey side, it's obvious they that have been a long time success based on their appeal to customers.

This was my first time visiting and the experience, view, and food was excellent. I book my birthday dinner with my friends here and everyone loved it. Only thing I did not like about the restaurant, they do not celebrate birthdays at all. No discount on the bill or nothing. Restaurants who do not celebrate birthdays, means you do not celebrate any kind of special event. Overall, nice place to go out to eat.

The Food and Service were outstanding. The restaurant in the other hand needs some TLC. The restrooms need a refresher, they also smell terrible of sewage both times I visited and there are two holes where I am assuming soap pumps used to live. Half the neon sign outside is out. The doors are dirty and rusted. We know Texas for its great food but if we didnt know the brand and were to walk in we walk in I would have gotten the ick.

It’s a cool experience and you get to try new meats. Now what they don’t tell you is if you go to the salad bar, grab two plates. Leave the extra plate empty for when they make their rounds with the meat. Everything they have will cover your whole salad before you get to eat it. But it was funny how fast they came around.
