Texas de Brazil- Brazilian Steakhouse is carving a new experience in dining! The concept combines the cuisine of Southern Brazil with the spirit of Texas, for a dining experience unmatched anywhere else. Voted as one of “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat, Texas de Brazil features a dynamic menu of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage all deliciously seasoned, cooked over an open flame and carved tableside by the Gauchos. The restaurant also features a 50-item, fresh gourmet salad area containing seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses, authentic Brazilian dishes and other specialties.                                                                                                                                                                                                 We decided to try the salad bar option as opposed to the full meat option. The buffet was quite delicious but was missing two items we had enjoyed previously - the smoked salmon and the chicken salad. That's where they lost a star.

                                                                                                                                                                                                I always looked forward to this location but last night was a bust. Our six top was nestled between three large Christmas parties and the volume was absurd. The salad bar, previously outstanding, has taken a dive. The quality of the selections was definitely off. How difficult would it be to have chilled plates for salad instead of roaring hot straight from the washer? Our table was lost in the bustle and we were virtually ignored. Prices are a bit shocking. TdB has fallen several notches and may no longer warrant a visit from me.

The selection of salads was excellent, and all the meats were cooked to perfection. Our server, Moises, was attentive. Highly recommend this place for great food and service!
