   We have ate at this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed until tonight…all steak is cooked medium rare but we had some burnt meat tonight and our waitress was almost non existent. We asked for one final meat to come over and it never did then we waited 20 minutes for our bill… very disappointed with tonight’s service…

   We normally love eating at Texas de Brazil but today was disappointing. The temp of the Meat brought to our table was barely warm…1 skewer was very hot out of all brought to us. The Augratin potatoes seemed old with hardly no creamy sauce which is the norm. The bananas served were room temp. Not freshly cooked like normal. It was a very “off” day and we usually eat here once a month. Disappointing

   Our server was excellent but we didn’t get allot of meat coming around. Even after the server and the manager requested stuff. We were there 2 hours and we left unsatisfied and the waiters tried to get us more food but we were just done at that point. Sad we usually have a great experience.

   Our waiter was great, made personal recommendations, and did his best to compensate for the slow food service. However, the meat service was really slow, sometimes going as long as 30 minutes at one point without anyone coming over to our table. And we all had our green side up. The waiter did acknowledge this for us and asked for requests as well as stated he would try to get us more options, but it just didn’t seem to improve. We have had good experiences in prior visits so this was disappointing. We left not really full and missing out on a lot of the great options. I would say we probably only got to try about half of what appeared to be in rotation. Hopefully this is improved and future visits will be better because we do enjoy the food.
