Remarkable first visit. We experienced no delays, found a perfectly presented dining area and was served the most delicious meats imaginable! My thanks to the team for making our New Year’s Day very special.

Rico was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly, caring, and informative (we have never been before). The food was amazing but he really made it a great experience as we were celebrating our 8th anniversary. He made our experience so amazing.

It's a wonderful place to dine! The atmosphere and service are excellent. The food was superb, and you're invited to relax and savor your experience. I highly recommend trying the mini beer; you won't be disappointed!

we dined for 2 hours and never saw some of the meats. i like well done and so you hardly get to eat anything because it is all medium rare.

It was our anniversary. Waited 26 minutes past our scheduled reservation time for a dirty table near the grill. It took our waiter 30 minutes to bring the bread (the table next to us got theirs in about a minute. Our server was pleasant but had no sense of service. The food was good. It’s too bad the service was so lousy. We won’t go back because of that.

We had a 6PM reservation. They told us they didn't have a table for us. We had to wait over a half hour when they had 2 tables of 8 just sitting there vacant. I questioned those tables and was told they were for a reservation. I looked at her and said what do you think I had 20 minutes ago. I can't believe she said something so stupid. I watched and no one was seated at those tables until after 7:30. Next we were never served any meat for 55 minutes after we were seated. They were only serving one side of the restaurant. I had to ask our waitress what was going on. She then went to the manager. The manager never once came to our table to apologize for not having our table at the reserved time or for us not being served by the carvers. This was not my first visit but it was for my guests and I kept apologizing for the horrible evening. I will never go back and I won't recommend it to anyone. Horrible management.
