Great food and great service! Loved the additional items that we have not see at similar restaurants, like lamb picanna and beef ribs.

The service was very poor. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks to show up. Also, two of our guests requested medium well cook on their meats and were assured the servers would be right back - instead, they waited more than 15 minutes each time they requested meat. Eventually, these guests just left hungry and unsatisfied because the servers just simply stopped coming by to offer good.

Service was good .. would have been excellent if there was a better selection of meats and refills would have been brought faster to us .

Well we had to wait over 45 min to be seated after making on reservation 3 days a head of time ..not good first impression many other people got in quickly

Not sure if my experience is due to the fact that my son and I were dining here on a Wednesday evening at the downtown San Antonio location near the River Walk, but the food was mediocre and service was a bit slow. First, they seat us at a huge 6 top because they are seating guests by servers not party size (okay, fair). Then, when the meats start coming out, some are tepid (like barely reheated), some are really tough (like the parmesan chicken leg) as if they were sitting out a for most of the night, and others were raw (the pichana lamb). Server was attentive to our drinks and sides, and the gauchos were as well. My son and I are big fans of Brazilian BBQ, and this one missed the mark for us.
