Our waitress Judy barely came to our table and the workers carrying around the nest skipped our table so much we only got around 5 different meats within 1.5 hours. Waited 25 mins just to see the dessert options until we told a worker just to forget it and bring the check. I’ve been there before and it was always good but I won’t be back after this experience.

After we played musical chairs being seated at one table and then moved to another table, everything was fine. It was just the initial impression that was tarnished. But they more than made up for it with the service, the manager checking on us and apologizing several times and the delicious food. The drinks did take quite a long time which discouraged me from ordering another since it took waaayy too long and I wasn't sure I'd even have it before I finished my meal. The food was exceptional, the ambiance was great, the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend.

I live in Brooklyn and dine there and in Manhattan often and this churrascaria easily compares with any I've dined at in my neck of the woods. I wouldn't have realized it was a chain had I not been told. The host was gregarious and checked up on everyone at every table—and the entire waitstaff was gracious, friendly, and smiling. It was a wonderful meal!

Great service. Even if the name ended up being bad the service would still make things all good. We really enjoyed ourselves and the Manager and GM both made their regular rounds to do their parts to make things even better by visiting tables and having casual conversations. Rebecca the GM is doing an amazing job at keeping this place a superb establishment.

waitress was outstanding! She made the experience so much better since we had not been there before.. The food was fresh . The only thing is that i dod not get half the meats cone by that were listed on the website. The sausage kept coming around. I didn’t want the sausage 3 times.

I've been there many times and have always loved it. This time however the mall lost power and was unable to eat. Not the fault of the restaurant.
