We visit this restaurant 4/5 times a year and honestly speaking I think that their meat quality is getting better! Service is always very kind and fast , the restaurant itself is cool but the only less enjoyable thing would’ve the noise , it is a bit load….a part of that for me it’s a 9,0 out of 10 value !!! Highly recommended

The dining experience was exceptional, as always. The food was outstanding, and the gauchos were incredibly attentive, frequently checking in to see if I had any special requests or preferred a different temperature for my meat. Despite how busy they were, they made me feel truly welcome. Our server, Malena, was a delight—her warmth and sweetness stood out. She provided excellent drink recommendations, including a new caipirinha, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon.

Our server was great. We were there for a bachelor party. Food was amazing. Drinks were amazing. The salad bar was amazing. The whole experience was amazing. Would definitely be coming back. I thought I have tried great state before but this place blew us away.

All the meats came out rare to medium rare. No options for people wanting a higher temperature. What was the point of the server asking everyone’s temperature preference when we were sat. We inquired with each meat server if we could get something a little more cooked but it never happened. Beef ribs didn’t show up to the table till desert was served even after asking several times over the 2 hours we were dining. Sirloin and chicken seems to be what’s pushed as both showed up to the table multiple times. Will say the sirloin was the most tender and by far the best. Flavor wise all the beef tasted the same. The wedsite depicts much more meat options then what is actually available or brought to the table. Several things were never offered. We didn’t ask so not sure if it was actually available or not. The tables are way too close for buffet style serving. You have to really bob and weave coming and going to the salad & hot bars. The selections on both bars is just okay. There is no dessert bar and desert is at an additional fee. The papaya cream was flavorless and had the consistency of a melted milkshake. The place is extremely loud. Price was $225 for two meals, 4 drinks and 1 dessert. Should have gone to Eddie V’s up the street.
