   it was our first visit, and we were here on a Friday night The food was excellent. Our server was kind but seemed to have too many active tables to be attentive. Bar service for table guests was very disappointing. We ordered wine almost as soon as we sat down. We did not receive it until just before our food came out. Our server informed us the bar was very backed up. When I received our food, I ordered a second glass of wine, trying to plan ahead and never received it before our meal had ended. Not sure this is normal or if they were just having a bad night, but it was disappointing to not be able to enjoy wine at a winery.

   Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed having our group together in the balcony. Service and food was 5 star! Thank you for a great experience!

   So many interesting choices on the menu, it was difficult to choose! Everyone in our party was very pleased with their selection.

   Food was prepared perfectly. Portions were large with plenty to eat. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Get value for the quality of food and service. Beautiful restaurant with ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

   Had a great meal while on a business trip during Mothers Day which is a less than ideal time to test a restaurant. I was impressed with the service and the food towards the end of what was likely a busy day. Kaitlyn was a great server with friendly and helpful recommendations. Very efficient also. The short ribs were a great pick and the Caesar salad was a great starter. If I’m ever back in town I would definitely return. I imagine this must be a hidden gem in Canton!

   We have been here many times and the food is always exceptional. Staff is very helpful, attentive and friendly. Everything from the appetizers to the desserts are just exceptional. Also, nice selection of entrees. Just lovely Gervasi.

   We had a lovely dinner on Mother's Day at the Bistro. The service was fast and our server was knowledgeable and friendly.

   I was disappointed that we were replaced at a table right next to the kitchen viewing two trays full of dirty dishes our entire meal. My reservation for the lunch had been made two months in advance. My food was served cold and one of the entrée steaks was served rare instead of medium.

   Joshua, thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not care for the location of your table and that there were issues with your entrees. I am wondering if a manager was made aware and able to make it right? In the future, please be sure to let a host, your server, or a manager know and we will be sure to move you to a table you feel is more desirable. I will share the comments regarding your food with our team so that we can improve. We appreciate our guests and strive to ensure that each and every one has an enjoyable experience, and I am sorry that we fell flat today.     Hailey was a great server who provided a variety of valuable information about the menu and gf options. The stuffed bananas pepper was my favorite! A ton of filling and just enough bite!
