The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis.

The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb. Gardens on the estate produce a wide array of vegetables and fruits throughout the seasons, and our extensive pasture lands provide all-natural, hormone-free Black Angus beef and lamb.

    The filet mignon was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. Our waiter was SUPER with recommendations and very attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back!

    Excellent food, service, and ambience! Mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and they later delivered a desert plate with "Happy Anniversary" written on it with chocolate and two chocolate balls with whipped cream. Wonderful! Our meal started with the Trio of Artisan Breads served with estate made honey butter and Applewood smoked salt. We LOVED the choices of cheddar cheese and black pepper bread; pumpkin seed bread; and Holiday Bread with currants. We then split the estate raised greens with Honey Crisp Apples, Roasted Pumpkin seeds w/Pomegranate and smoked maple vinaigrette - very tasty. For our main course we split the Seared Halibut served with wild rice pilaf, pickled carrot, and grain mustard halibut nage. Didn't care for the wild rice pilaf too much, but the Halibut was perfectly cooked and very tasty with the grain mustard halibut nage (a melt-in-your-mouth broth)! We finished our meal with the Orange-Cranberry Cake with Pistachio Mousse and a Maple Bourbon Creme Brulee. Overall an exceptional meal with exceptional service.

    Terribly overpriced. Two of us had the chicken and it was the consistency of rubber. $45 for airline chicken. Very disappointing. Ambience was not that of a $50/plate restaurant. Absolutely would not recommend. So many excellent restaurants in Asheville. No reason to return to The Bistro.

    The cheese board was a perfect start to our meal. I had the pork loin and it was tender and cooked to perfection. My sister had the Caesar salad with chicken and said it was delicious. Another family member got the grilled cauliflower and she really enjoyed that. Wonderful service and enjoyable atmosphere.

    Everything was truly delicious. Never had a better crème brûlée. My husband has not stopped saying how it was the best lamb he’s ever had.

    The food was superb. Our waiter was the best. Sorry I don’t remember his name. This is one of our favorite places to eat at antler village.

    Each of us in our group enjoyed our dinners. The food was well prepared and the service was outstanding.
