Generally ok however, we were sat in the conservatory which had two entrances which people kept walking through and leaving the doors open - felt like being in a barn, impacted on the otherwise good experience. Wholesome food, portions perfect and well presented, not too much on the menu which suggested all freshly prepared and not heated from a freezer. Staff attentive and were able to add a seat at short notice which was really kind.

Staff were very friendly. Food was great. Atmosphere great lots of families, couples, groups all mixing nicely for Sunday lunch.

Just brilliant. Not only is this a stunning pub, but the wine list and menu are top notch and dinner was just perfect.
