Those dining at The Brooklyn will find some exquisite entrees served in this high-end steakhouse. The warm atmosphere and New York theme only add to the wonderful cuts that come straight off the grill. In addition to the friendly staff and expert chefs, there is a full bar at The Brooklyn that stocks 180 different whiskies to try.                                                               Il locale è molto bello, elegante e sobrio, i piatti buoni, carne eccellente ma il costo è esagerato, ho mangiato in maniera identica in altri posti a prezzi più bassi, il costo non è giustificato dalla carne, anche se ottima, o dal tipo di cucina proposta. Il personale simpatico e professionale. Nota molto positiva una grande scelta di whisky e rum internazionale, ho assaporato un ottimo whisky giapponese, veramente una bella scoperta. Ok se vi piace la carne e whisky ricercato e se siete in visita a Berlino per vacanza, ma va bene 1 volta poi ci sono alternative ottime e più sostenibili in giro per la città.

                                                              Restaurant is in a very quite Neighborhood The menu is very limited and it’s a very small butique restaurant Food was steak as expected it was regular noting fancy Sides were also limited Decoration was interesting it was decorated with the original pictures of the past presiners of Alcatraz island !!!

                                                              Enttäuschende Weihnachtsfeier Anfangs vielversprechend, dann leider sehr enttäuschend. Nach 1,5 Stunden ließ der Service stark nach. Der Hauptgang kam, angekündigt war „es dauert dann…“ erst nach zwei weiteren Stunden (nach den Vorspeisen) und entsprach nicht den gewünschten Garstufen. Nur ein Steak wurde ausgetauscht, für die anderen war niemand erreichbar. Positiv: + Anfänglicher Service hervorragend Negativ: - Lange Wartezeit aufs Essen (kumuliert 3 Stunden) - Falsche Garstufen bei Steaks, eines wurde ausgetauscht - Kein Personal für die Reklamationen weiterer unzureichender Garstufen erreichbar - Kein Nachtisch möglich, da niemand kam - Schwierigkeiten beim Bezahlen, wir mussten die Bedienung suchen - Voller Preis trotz massiver Mängel Krankheitsbedingter Personalausfall wurde erst nachträglich erklärt. Keine Vorabinfo. Hätte man uns im Vorfeld informiert, wären wir vermutlich verständnisvoller gewesen. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen. Für den Preis und Anlass inakzeptabler Service.

                                                              I was here with a good friend, and we had a great evening. The meal was just phantastic, the steak was excellent - great quality and expertly grilled. The Brooklynn has a great selection of side-dishes and all side-dishes that we chose were delicious. The ambiente is a bit old-fashioned which may be intended for authenticity and all in all nice. Service was excellent. We had beer with the meal so I cannot say anything about wines, but they have a very good selection of tap beers and excellent craft beers. We were there on a tuesday and were suprised that it wasn't crowded, which we would have assumed regarding the all-in-all quality. We will certainly come again.
