Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We took advantage of Dine Out Week(s) and had an excellent meal. The restaurant was crowded and noisy in the main room (to be expected when many take advantage of discounted offerings). Our waiter, Ronald D, as excellent, as were the other staff members who helped deliver food. Everything was perfectly cooked. This steak house is pricey, but the service and food were up to the high standard sCapital Grille is known for, even when a substantial discount was available. Thanks for another great meal!

Ten women went for the Dine Out special menu, and we couldn't have been happier with the service and the amount of food we got for $55/person. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks, but we absolutely loved our server and couldn't believe it when the manager told us she was new. We go out for dinner a lot, and our server by far was the best we've ever had. She even took a picture of all of us and gave each one of us a copy. Highly recommend the Capital Grille whether it's Dine Out weeks or not.

My second visit in two weeks! Taking advantage of the great deals during Dine Out Boston event. Everything was 5 star! Burlington CG is the best!! Restaurant manager Adam always, and without exception, visits our table to be sure everything is perfect. If it’s not perfect he will make it perfect. You can count on it. Staff is exceptional. Specifically Byron who has been our server many, many times. He goes above and beyond. Always. This man sets the bar pretty high for servers everywhere!! Thank you for making our night out a memorable one.
