Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Had a great experience at The Capital Grille for my first time. The atmosphere was great, the waitress and waiters were very social. There was a minor inconvenience with the food my date and I ordered. Roberto and Jessica A. Went above and beyond to ensure our order was made correctly and brought out in a timely manner. I really appreciate their hospitality for making this a great experience. Kudos guys!

Our recent visit to The Capital Grille in Burlington was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We began our evening with drinks in the bar area, where Caroline took great care of us. She is always incredible—attentive, friendly, and just a joy to be around. The drinks were outstanding, perfectly crafted, and set the tone for a wonderful night. Once we were seated for dinner, our waitress at the table was equally wonderful. She was so patient and attentive, allowing us to take our time, enjoy our meals, and truly soak in the elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. And the food? Simply delicious—every single dish was a hit, and everyone at our table loved their meals. The Capital Grille continues to be one of our favorite places for an exceptional dining experience. From the service to the food and the overall ambiance, it was a perfect evening. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful meal on Valentine's day. The place was packed but it did not affect the staff. They were great! And the fiid, as always did not disappoint!

Capital Grille Burlington is always above and beyond from the second you walk through the door to when you leave. Adam the manager is outstanding and we had Leslie as our server for the first time and she was incredible. If you haven’t been to the capital grille Burlington you are definitely missing out!
