Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Third time is not the charm. Steaks were way overcooked, sides were cold. This used to be my “go to” steakhouse but it has gone down hill. It’s unfortunate

    Everything was excellent the steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection. Poached lobster tails were tender and buttery. Lobster bisque was absolutely the best.

    Incredible dining experience! One of the best fine dining restaurants in Denver! My husband and I were celebrating a shared birthday and we were treated like royalty from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we sadly had to say goodnight. Small touches like a confetti decorated table and birthdays card set the tone. Our server, Kristen, was absolutely delightful and allowed us to take our time and savor every course. We have been coming to Capital Grill for years and it’s a memory every time. Drinks, appetizers, steaks, seafood, sides, wines…all exquisite. Even the warm bread basket with that incredible salted butter is drool worthy! We were stuffed and then came the out of this world crème brûlée and platter of mini desserts with a celebratory glass of very nice champagne! Thankfully we somehow “saved room”! For a night out you’ll never forget, you can’t beat Capital Grill!

    Had pre concert dinner here. Food was excellent. Our server was very pleasant and took good care of us. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Porcini rubbed bone-in ribeye is incredible! I have never had a bad meal here. Santiago was an awesome waiter for our anniversary.

    Lo recomiendo ampliamente! Muy bien el Valet Parking, el lugar en donde está es una calle vita cerrada con restaurantes y bares!; y el personal muy atentos, la comida muy buena!, extensa lista de vinos, y relación precio / alimentos, está mejor q en vail 😅
