Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Bravo - A monday evening to celebrate a birthday was magnificent. Drinks, ambience and food in the bar area was top self. Finishing the evening with a birthday plate and card was a pleasant surprise. We’ll be back.

We go every year to Denver and the Capital Grill. The service is always outstanding and the food as well. I saw multiple waiters adjust the setting on an empty table to ensure that it was perfect when the party arrived. They strive to make everything your way, food included. If you want something adjusted, just ask!

Capital Grille was one of the nicest dining experiences I've ever had. I will definitely be back. Service and quality was amazing.

We were looking for a nice lunch date on Wednesday at the Capital Grille: Fine service and good menu options. No time pressure. The food was superb. Santiago, our waiter was great. Quite pleased.

Our server, Michelle, was fantastic. She made sure we had a great experience. As always, steaks were the best. Had the Bone In Filet special.

Thanksgiving 2024, we had the pleasure of dining at the Capitol Grille in Denver, and it was a truly delightful experience. A portion of our party opted for the Thanksgiving dinner special, and I must say, the turkey was the best I’ve ever eaten. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, it set the bar for holiday meals. The traditional accompaniments were equally impressive, bringing a warm, festive feel to the table. The other half of our group stuck with Capitol Grille’s regular menu, which, as always, delivered its signature excellence. From start to finish, the dishes were executed with precision and care, satisfying even the most discerning palates in our group. The service was impeccable. Our waiter, Stephen, was attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. He enhanced the experience with his professionalism and warm demeanor, ensuring that every detail was attended to. The drink selection was another highlight. With an impressive array of wines and perfectly crafted cocktails, everyone found something to elevate their meal. The only minor hiccup was the valet parking situation. Typically, valet service is conveniently located right in front of the restaurant, but due to the street closure for pedestrian traffic (which was surprisingly sparse), it was relocated down the street. While this was a small inconvenience, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. In summary, Capitol Grille’s Thanksgiving dinner exceeded expectations in every way, from the extraordinary food to the top-notch service and drinks. A true culinary gem in Denver, this was our third Thanksgiving with them and we’ll definitely be back for more special occasions!
