Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Ordered the Filet on a business lunch. It was quite overcooked and not to taste. The service was extremely sub par with out appetizer plates being removed before we were remotely close to done, and being interrupted while my client was discussing some extremely sensitive information. We were asked what our timeframe was for being in the restaurant, which was odd since we were the only group in the entire restaurant. Our food took a very long time to arrive, and when the check came, it took 15 minutes for me to get it back because of “system errors” our server was sitting at a table across from us talking to another server. I wouldn’t return to this location for another client meeting, as my client noticed how odd this was and made comments. Typically at client meetings, we order much more, and spend quite a lot, but in this instance we were all ready to be done with the experience.

It was wonderful. I don’t remember our server’s name because I had too many cocktails. But he’s from Colorado. He did great. Food was perfection.

We were in town for a convention and came to capital grill when the convention ended. Great location, short walk from convention center to restaurant. Service was great, the food was great, great atmosphere, staff was so friendly. Our server Brandt took great care of us. One thing great about capital grill is any location you go to around the country, the food is always consistent and the service is always great.

The best service from Felicia. Caring and attentive. She made our experience by welcoming us a 10! Thank you The salmon and filet could not have been better. So flavorful and tender. Topped it off with connut pie. Yummy! What a way to celebrate!

We had a beautiful dinner with matching wines thanks to the delightful sommelier Alfredo and our waiter Javier. Literally every course was fabulous and was a feast for our eyes and palates! We would recommend all of them again: Lobster Crab Cakes Beet & Goat Cheese Salad Lamb Lollipops Mixed Berry Sorbet NY Strip with sides of Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese and Asparagus Cheesecake We had wines paired with each course and the pairings were perfect! Alfredo KNOWS his wine and food! The service from Javier was highly attentive. We appreciated that they did not rush us and served us on our schedule. This is the second time we have come here since we moved here almost 3 years ago. Each experience has been outstanding. The first time, my husband asked me, “What took us so long to find this place?” This is our now special occasion placed in Fort Worth! If you love outstanding food, matching wines and being pampered, this is the place for you too!
