Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Exceptional Dining Experience at The Capital Grille I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Capital Grille, and it was an experience worth every star. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel like valued guests. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. As for the food—it was nothing short of extraordinary. The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides and appetizers were equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Our server went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking, offering excellent recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The attention to detail and professionalism of the entire team were outstanding. If you’re looking for a top-notch dining experience with five-star service, The Capital Grille is the place to go.     Our waiter Chowdhury was super attentive and informative. We had great service and food came in right on time. This is our 2nd time here and can’t wait to be back.

    Service was excellent!! Pan fried calamari was just ok. Lobster bisque was just ok Steak was over cooked. Asparagus were excellent

    Just fabulous had prosciutto appitizer the best I’ve ever had so flavorful moved on to the mix greens salad light dressing very good and lobster bisque delicious very filling tho E entrees were the two lobster tails and the tender lion filet and lobsters absolutely fabulous and to finish the best cappuccino !! Thank you for amazing dinner and service

    Everything was great! We got the porterhouse to share, along with the lobster mac and cheese and brussel sprouts.
