Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Tonight’s meal was just off. We had the Wagyu and wine burgers. They were supposed to be cooked medium but were very well done. Very unusual. Also they have started charging $10 for valet parking when you add a tip for the valet person you have now added an extra $15 to your bill.

    Total New York steakhouse vibes! Service is top notch from the moment you walk through the door. Knowledgeable and engaging waitress. Apps, steaks, and sides we as expected, top notch and cooked per requests. We will be back for sure!

    It was my first time at this restaurant and all the people at our table truly enjoyed it. The service , drinks, and food were excellent. I love the low lighting and just the whole ambiance of the place.

    Our first time sitting in the lounge area for the Waygu & Duckhorn wine pairing. Our server Erin was wonderful. The burger and wine were fantastic.

    Wonderful evening. Perfect place for a celebratory dinner. Love the tenderloin with poached lobster. Seared tenderloin was perfect. Only need for improvement: lobster appeared smaller than on the past.
