Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     While I am a returning client, it was my husband's first time at CG. It exceeded his expectations and "knocked his socks off". He has the bone in ribeye medium, potatoes au gratin and the onion soup starter. I had the lump crab meat appetizer, the special offering Lobster tail from South Africa and a small in house cut filet medallion. Absolutely gorgeous food. Eve was our server; and what a perfect pairing of personalities. She's amazing, engaging and a sparkling personality who clearly loves what she does. When we return we will ask for Eve. I encourage you to as well. We noted other clients were regulars & enjoy a pleasant relationship with their servers. This is not often found in our world today. I'd give her a raise and bonus, she's spectacular. Many happy returns for a Peaceful and Prosperous New Year. And many thanks to Eve and all involved for making our experience a wonderful memory.

    Capital Grille never disappoints always amazing food and service! We love this restaurant, we always go out on Christmas Eve to Capital Grille as it truly is a wonderful place to celebrate our Christmas Eve

    We dined on Christmas Eve. The only option available was outdoor seating (the area was enclosed but felt like a tent). The service was being 'shared' by two waiters, however, one greeted us to let us know and he never came back to our table after that. Service was not up to Capital Grille standards so we are not sure if they were short-staffed or what was the issue. We put in our appetizer and soup order and finished those. The soups were served in a standard 'cup' size which was fine, but to charge $17 for a cup of lobster bisque was unacceptable. The lobster bisque was not up to par and lacked flavor (or sherry). I almost always order lobster bisque if it's on the menu and have never paid that much for a cup of soup. The waiter never returned to take our main course order so we stopped him and reminded him we needed to order our mains. The saving grace was the Porterhouse for 2. It was cooked to perfection, but took over 45 minutes to receive it. Unfortunately, it must have been an off night.

    Service extremely slow. Waited an hour and half for food. They were very busy but that’s no excuse. If you can’t handle the volume don’t book the tables. Instead of a special occasion I spent the mean apologizing to my wife. This place fine for lunch but a real disappointment for dinner

    Reservation for 4 at 7pm. We arrived about 5 minutes early and were sat immediately. Longer than normal wait for food, but they were extremely busy and we weren’t in a big hurry. Enjoyed the dinner very much and took dessert home to enjoy later. Overall exceptional service and experience. Will definitely dine here again.
