Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I was very excited to try this place for the first time. I was actually quite disappointed. We sat at the bar while waiting for our table because we arrived about 45 minutes early. The bar atmosphere was nice, and lively. The cocktails were delicious. When they brought us to our table, we were in a very small room off in a corner that was quiet and dark and not at all inviting. There were 6 small tables in the room. The service was okay, but our waiter didn’t smile once and didn’t offer any information at all. He seemed like he just didn’t want to be there. Being NFL playoff time there were tvs on in the other rooms showing the game. But the tv in our little room was off. We were one of two tables that asked to turn it on. We were told they can only turn it on for private parties. The food was just okay at best and certainly did not live up to the hype nor was it worth the price, even for Restaurant Week prices. I had the filet and it had no flavor and was a bit dry. My husband had the sea bass which was pretty good. The sides available on the main menu were mostly potatoes but not much to choose from otherwise. We added the roasted corn which was good. But this place is known for their steaks and I was very unimpressed with mine. I’ve had much better experiences at all of my other RW experiences. I won’t return.

    I visit Capital Grille a couple of times per year. The quality food and quality of service keep me coming back. The food was exceptional and everyone had a great time

    Elegant and delectable with impeccable service! We went for Restaurant Week and enjoyed having David as our server. We will request being with again!

    Great Ambience. Went during Restuarant week, so very busy and service reflected that. Still a fabulous experience and will be back!

    We ate here for dinner during restaurant week. The service and ambience were excellent. The meal was less impressive. Although the clam chowder, steak and desserts were delicious, other parts of the meal were not. The rolls were so heavily salted as to taste briny. The spinach side dish was so runny with cream/too much nutmeg that you could not taste the vegetable. The potatoes pooled on the plate. We were disappointed as the quality seems to have slipped.

    The entire staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient. The steaks, and au gratin potatoes were outstanding!
