Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We have had many fabulous meals at this location. Last night we were terribly disappointed. The quality of our meals was very concerning. I was actually nervous to continue to eat my lobster tails after the first bite. The filets for the five of us were both over and undercooked. I’m so sad to write this review as this is where we go for all our family celebrations as well as many business parties. It is way too expensive ($700) for an experience like this. Hoping they can return to the delicious special place it used to be.

    Best dining experience I’ve had in a while, and I eat out often. Frank the server is top notch. He’s sets the bar for service. There isn’t a better server. He’s personable, knows the menu, and knows food/drink. Most importantly, the pacing is ideal. Really hard to find today. The manager Dave came over to check in on us. He was genuinely concerned that we were enjoying ourselves. Great guy. All around an awesome experience. The food was perfect and so were the drinks. Like I said, best dinner I’ve had in years.

    For lunch, I almost always order the Capital Grille cobb salad, which is outstanding. Today I ordered the lobster salad. The lobster was poor, basically tasteless. The lobster at the nearby fast food Quincy's Original Lobster Rolls is far better. Very disappointing to receive this at one of my favorite upscale restaurants. The service was also a bit spotty, although the server was very nice and friendly. Maybe he was just tired, as we came in at the end of the lunch shift.

    This is a wonderful place. Food and service are excellent. It is a little pricey but remains great value. It is an under the radar restaurant for lunch

    I had the 10 Oz filet Oscar style, and my girlfriend had the wagyu filet. My steak was chewy and not particularly flavorful. Hers was lovely tasting, but came at a $190 price point. I’ve had many better filets at Capital Grille and other steak houses than the one I had last night

    A wonderful lunch! It was our Anniversary, they treated us “special”. Our server Frank was awesome! Food was delicious. Great place for celebration meal.
