Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We arrived early and have pre-dinner cocktails at the bar. brittany made exceptional cocktails! We ordered the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella that was lightly pan-fried - WOW - it was amazing. Also, the calamari, is a favorite of the hubby. We sat outside and Jeff was our waiter - he was great, he didn’t hover - but was there when you needed something. He must have waiter esp…… 😁. For starters we ordered caesar salad and lobster bisque, both were great. For our main dishes we ordered the dry aged NY strip - it was slightly over cooked, but the flavor was amazing! Scallops with lobster risotto were also ordered and were perfect. As sides we ordered the creamed corn with bacon and parmesan risotto - both were to die for. As we were celebrating my hubby’s birthday - they brought out dessert that included brûlée cheesecake and flourless chocolate espresso cake. But were phenomenal! Our entire dining experience was excellent.

    Great service. Food was solid. Filet Mignon was slightly overcooked to requested temperature but tasty. Mashed Potatoes were incredible!

    Craig took great care of us. Food and drinks came out quickly and everything was tasty. All as expected.

    Out of town for a work conference and craved a steak. Started off with an espresso martini that was made perfectly followed by a cup of clam chowder. I had the filet with Kona crust cooked Pittsburg medium rare. Was cooked to perfection. Sides were lobster Mac and sautéed spinach. Delish!

    The food and service was excellent! Stan, the server did a great job explaining the specials and answering any questions we had. Great overall experience.
