   We always go to Capital Grille before shows. We always eat in the bar and usually have the same bartender helping us. He is outstanding!! Like seeing a friend again. Food is always excellent.

   Our night at Capital Grille was perfect! Carlos was a fantastic server and the food was just amazing! When you splurge on a night out like that you want it to be perfect and it truly was!

   Our waitress Shannon was great . A homeless person came in and she handle herself so well. And the management was great as well handle the situation perfect. Treated the homeless person with respect but I still felt safe .

   The best service all around. So friendly and perfectly restrained. It’s a hard balance perhaps but they do it with ease ❤️

   We wanted to splurge on a night out while we were in town for a work function, and to celebrate our upcoming 10yr anniversary. Everything FAR surpasses our expectations!! Our server Diego was AMAZING in his suggestions & assistance. Carlos never let an empty plate sit for more than a minute and our water glasses never were more than half empty. The tuna taretare was delicious, and the crab cake was the best my husband ever had. He had a filet Oscar which he said was the best he’s had as well! I had the scallops with risotto - the scallops were perfection, the risotto honestly wasn’t as amazing as the rest of the meal but waaay better than I could ever hope to make at home. They treated us so well with complimentary champagne & dessert, and we didn’t feel rushed in any way nor did we feel ignored. The BEST dining experience we’ve ever had!!

   The service was not what we were used to. It was empty and we had to wait to long for everything, except for the entree came quickly. The server was not on par. The kitchen and chef were excellent so all is well. We’ve been coming for many years so one off night is no issue for us.

   The best NY Strip I have ever had, cooked perfectly to Rare+ as requested. Service was exceptional. The server even suggested that we were ordering too many sides and offered to substitute half-orders which we agreed to, and the serving size was exactly right,

    Best Birthday Dining Experience — and They Even Had Glasses! 👓🎉 From the moment we pulled up to the valet to the last bite of dessert, everything was amazing — but the real MVP of the night was John, our waiter. When he greeted us, I sheepishly explained that I had forgotten my glasses at home (rookie move!) and couldn’t read the menu. Even though I had a pretty good idea of what I kind of wanted, I was basically ordering blind. Without missing a beat, John said, "No problem!" and had the hostess bring over a selection of reading glasses for me to choose from — like I was picking fine wine! I was absolutely SHOCKED (in the best way possible). That small act of kindness totally turned my birthday into a perfect night with family and friends. Five stars aren't enough — WOW!!
