Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The food was wonderful, the staff was so welcoming and polite. We were so happy to have Steve as our server, he was fantastic. We definable will be coming back.

Great night at the Capitals Grille and I had their tuna before and gave it five stars. This was four stars but still enjoyed. Would def go back

Food was outstanding as always! Service was top notch! I had the lobster & crab cake appetizer followed by the seared tuna with ginger rice, it was delicious!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Capital Grille on a busy Saturday night. This was my first visit to this particular location, having previously enjoyed the Parsippany establishment, and I was eager to see if this one would live up to my expectations. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the charming decor and ambience. The restaurant has a cozy cabin feel with modern touches thats warm and inviting. The lighting was just right, providing a comfortable space that made it easy to enjoy our meal and conversation without feeling cramped or overwhelmed. Now, let's talk about the food. To start, I ordered their Old Fashioned, and it was absolutely delicious. For our main courses, we indulged in the porcini-rubbed bone-in ribeye, which was cooked to perfection. I can confidently say this is my favorite non-Wagyu steak in New Jersey. We also ordered the sea bass and Brussels sprouts as a side, along with oysters for appetizers, all of which were equally delicious. The service was outstanding, thanks to our server, Yuly G. She was exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and able to answer all our questions. Yuly's assistant, Benny, was also incredibly helpful and attentive to our table, contributing to the overall positive experience. The price point was reasonable for the quality of food and service we received, and the moderate noise level allowed for enjoyable conversation without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, my experience at Capital Grille was exceptional once again. Kudos to the restaurant manager and the franchise for creating such a wonderful dining experience.

I always made a friend there for lunch, and the food is always consistently delicious and the service impeccable. The only thing you need are gluten-free rolls! our server was lovely and he recognized us from previous visits. It’s always nice to dying at the Capital Grill.
