Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Excellent service and food! The Cobb Salad was superb. Valet parking an absolute plus especially in a busy mall setting.

We had high expectations for The Capital Grille, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. The food was mediocre—definitely not what you’d expect for the price. Service started off well, but as the night went on, it declined significantly. It took an unreasonably long time to get our check, which made the end of our meal frustrating. What really soured the experience was the poor management. The table behind us was loudly yelling and using profanity throughout most of our dinner, and nothing was done to address it. It made for an uncomfortable dining atmosphere, and given the upscale reputation of this restaurant, I expected better. Overall, not worth the price or the hassle.

I decided to come here to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my wife because we always wanted to eat here and we were definitely not disappointed the food was so good so we had a reservation at 8:00pm once we arrived we waited a few mins then we were seated in this nice private room with a few other people were seated once we sat down our server give us sparkling water and some assortment of bread which was so good then our waiter took our drink orders we both had the stoli doli which was good but very strong my wife couldn't drink it cause it was to much for her so of course I drank it lol for our main course we both had the filet mignon 10z steak with onions mushrooms and a nice sweet and savory sauce which was recommended by our waiter for the sides we had mashed patotes, fries and lobster mac n cheese all were very good nice size portions as well we even got a happy anniversary complementary small cakes all in all we had such an amazing time and I have give our waitress a huge shout out she was great she even tool pictures of us we will definitely be back real soon

There is no better restaurant than Capital Grille. The attention to detail, the service, choices, and the food is always cooked to perfection. David the managing partner, Jarel who took care of us, and the staff, made for a memorable and delicious dining experience. No matter what the occasion, Capital Grille should always be at the top of you list. Lou D

Unusually poor experience. Service was slow and lackluster. Entre was overcooked. Med rare NY Strip was over seared and cooked closer to well-done, leading to a bland, tough slab that I left half eaten. The lobster tail was equally disappointing. It was tough and lacked much flavor. I'm not the type to send food back as I don't want to spoil the atmosphere for my party, but this meal was terrible. They were really off their game this visit.
