Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server Rafael was super friendly and accommodating. We were there for my husband‘s birthday and he started our experience with the glass of champagne and ended it with a beautiful birthday treat! He gave us several recommendations for must see’s around the city. And turns out he’s a talented muralist in the city as well.

    Capital Grill is ALWAYS a wonderful experience whether for lunch or dinner, And obviously, while the food is important the service is what you ultimately remember. Raphael couldn't be more helpful.

    Food perfect. Service perfect. Every detail is attended to. We are not meat eaters. We come to Capital because the fish and seafood is always fresh and delicious. We both had the trout. Biggest trout I ever saw. It was sectioned into 2 perfect filets. Well seasoned and flavorful. The lobster bisque is always wonderful. The banana cream pie is a mountain of flavor. Ou server was efficient and attentive. Favorite place for pre concert lunch!

    Kelly was amazing and can't wait to go back. Customer service was 10/10 and food was so good. My dad had an amazing 60th Birthday Lunch!

    filet had a taste there famous vodka martini had lipstick on the rim otherwise the waitress did the best she could for what was given to her 🫠
