Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. It was a perfect evening!! Thanks to the entire staff but especially our server Robbie! He made it incredibly awesome - as always! Happy New Year!!!

Our meals were delicious and the service was exceptional. Even during a busy New Year’s Eve. Will definitely return.

Everything was fantastic. Lunch specials were great - but we ordered a cup (not a bowl) of French onion soup and it was $16 for a cup. Extremely pricey for a cup of soup.

My steak was perfect which is so hard to get the calimari was a bit overdone but the service esp with kids in tow was amazing

Not the experience we hoped for. We often dine at Capital Grill in King of Prussia. Our experience at Philly location was lackluster. We arrived early after Nutcracker performance. I was told we would “probably be seated closer to 8” which was out reservation time. I made the reservation time so we would not be late. We watched others coming in an bring told wait was 20-25 minutes and then be seated as we were still standing there. When I asked I got an attitude from the desk hostess , telling me we arrived early for our 8pm reservation. If I realized that was an issue, I would have gone into Open Table and modified my time to earlier. We were sat 36 minutes after our arrival, at exactly 8 pm. We were sat at the table by the bathroom. Trying to make the best of it…our waiter Ian was kind and attentive. Drink was perfect, Calamari was overcooked and crunchy. It never should have left the kitchen. Awful. This is an item I order often in KofP. I hated to have to say something. I was planning to have a filet, but since they were out of burgers for my 12 year old, I just ordered shrimp cocktail. It is always on point! Had scalloped potatoes and a creme brûlée. Both very good, but experience was lackluster and not up to standards. Juanita, the one Dining Room manager was defensive of staff, while other Dining Room manager, Brian, was kind and helpful. Where we were seated we could also hear staff complain of a “grandma” as water said of another customer , who wasn’t happy. Other staff offered to assist this waiter, but he rebuffed their offer. He walked toward us openly coughing without covering. A trash can was completely knocked over in same area. Our bill with the limited items ordered was 120.00 and I tipped 25.00. Overall, disappointed in some staff desire to accommodate, calamari, and location where we were sat. I prefer chairs vs booth. But was not offered a preference.
