Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This is a place to go and enjoy an evening with your spouses or loved one. The dining room is a romantic scenery. The waiter was excellent in service . We never had to ask for refills on our drinks. My grandchildren even loved the place , they were so calm and quiet.

    See our previous reviews. Always 5 stars across the board. This time not so much. Service excellent at all levels was excellent. The food was over cooked for 2 of the three guests. Just right for guest 3. Guest’s BD was acknowledged with a tasty and nicely presented desert We did not complain so not faulting them for not fixing things. Just an off night. We will be back trusting this was a one off

    Always a consistently good dinner experience. Tatum took good care of us. Food was excellent. Sound level was low so we could actually talk over dinner. A great time.
