Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our waiter Victoria was exceptional! She treated us like royalty - she is excellent. Food was was top notch as it always is at Capital Grill!!

    Wonderful as usual! Even on Valentine’s Day, being super busy, we were well taken care of and had a wonderful experience!!

    Right when you walk in everyone is very friendly! We got seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. We went on Valentine’s Day, so they were very busy but managed it very well. The waitress we had was very polite and friendly. She told us about the highlights of the menu and her personal favorites. It was a nice experience to hear the popular recommendations! All 3 courses that we ordered came out in a timely fashion and were absolutely delicious! The lobster crab cake appetizer was definitely amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly and was so tender! The crème brûlée was so light but cooked at just the right temperature and time! Overall, we were very pleased with this restaurant and will most definitely be back very soon!

    Noisy Food was good but not spectacular for the price. We ordered scallops with lobster tail and risotto asparagus. We thought we were getting a lobster tail but did not. It was hidden in the rice and not much of it.

    Food was delicious… ambiance was great … and wonderful service. Great dinner date for Valentines Day! No complaints at all

    Victoria B took good care of us on Valentines dinner for 4 of us. Field green salad, brussels sprouts, potatoes au gratin, and the 10oz fillet with Kona dry rub was really good with the shallot butter. All was very good.
