Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food and service were both excellent. Taylor was a fantastic server. The shellfish platter was a great appetizer (a Taylor reco) and she also suggested the filet with the porcini rub, cooked Pittsburgh style. The food is a little pricey but all in all it’s worth it.

    I can’t say enough good things about this location. From the customer service , the ambience to the excellent food. Ari, the manager is extremely personable and welcoming . This is my go to for any occasion. They never disappoint. Always a great dining experience from start to finish.

    The food was outstanding - from starters of lump crab and shrimp cocktail (magnificent) and mains of scallops and lobster with cream spinach, Sam’s mashed potatoes and fries - everything was wonderful. Terrific service from Daniel.

    Beautiful upscale restaurant that my husband and I love. We eat at them all over the country. The food choices are great and always good portions and flavors. The service is off the charts. We have eaten there 30-40 times and always have great service. I recommend the Chilean Seabass but my husband likes the steaks. You can’t go wrong. Very consistent. That’s what keeps us coming back. Tonight we had our anniversary and they gave us desserts and Champagne. They always make you feel special.

    Excellent experience. Waiter was young and appeared to be newer to fine dining, but she’ll get there. Food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly.

    Terrific staff, excellent service and awesome food. I had the tenderloin and lobster and both were delicious. As usual, Capital Grille is exceptional.

    NYE 5:30 reservation. Waited 10 min. Taylor our server was excellent. She brought drinks quickly and coffees and dessert after our meal quickly. Tho the coffee luke warm so not enjoyable. The Caesar salad is excellent. The seabass was great. The filet mignon was cooked as ordered (medium) but was a little overcharred and really not very flavorful or tender as it should be. The mashed potatoes were great. The kitchen must’ve been trying to unload Brussels sprouts as we were given a load of them gratis. They were cooked in something sweet so, uh, no. Nobody wants those. Why was a Crown Manhattan on the rocks $22.50?? That’s outrageous and no other similar restaurant charges that. The Cosmos were $16 and nothing special. We’ll continue to go to Bob’s. Better food, better food choices (lobster as a meal), no outrageous drink prices. Taylor’s service was the best thing about the evening.

    We really enjoyed our NYE dinner. Capital Grille always makes special occasions memorable. It was our anniversary so the complimentary glass of champagne and dessert along with hand signed card were a nice touch. The food and ambiance are always great but we come back for the service and experience.
