Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Terribile! Mi dispiace molto siamo sempre andati ma non ci ritorneremo mai più. Io allergico aglio non mi anno dato retta . Sarà cambiata la gestione perché prima non era così. Cameriere terribile e non ci dava retta dimenticava tutto ciò che chiedevamo.

    Been to Cap Grill many times. Recently it feels like they have lost their way. Last night, took wine order for my wife but didn’t offer me a drink. Wife’s steak was ordered medium rare and came out medium well to well done. Waiter never checked on us after dinner came. Wife ordered a frangelico with her coffee which never arrived, but we were charged. I ordered a coffee but it never came. A few weeks ago (right before Christmas) we had reservations and the valet was over run. Sat waiting for 20 minutes until one of the valets came and said they couldn’t park us. We ended up in a traffic jam as the road is one way and near the mall. We had to get back on the freeway, drove a couple miles, got back into the same line of traffic and finally just said screw it and cancelled…. They give the sense of being upscale and classy but my experience over the last month is that it is a facade. They are overbooking, waiters are too busy, no valet service when it’s 20 degrees out… Food and service below average. I’m just one customer and maybe we just had a string of bad luck but i feel that there are better places to spend $250.

    6:00 PM reservation. Arrived early and taken immediately. Seated in a nice booth and greeted immediately with water and bread. The waiter, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, then greeted us and served us exceptionally prepared drinks and provided special options. We got the 8-ounce filet and the lamb chops both expertly prepared and sooooo tasty. The scallopped potatoes and cream corn were also excellent. Creme Broulee dessert for two with berries was fresh. The entire evening was so well done. This is our "go-to" place for all our celebrations and we are never disappointed.

    Waiter was great as well as his assistant. Food was exceptional. Knowing it was New Years, was a little surprised with being at the restaurant at 11:40, we weren't offered to see if we wanted a drink to ring in the new year, of course at our expense. We were trying to get home prior to the ball dropping but was waiting on the bill. When realizing what time it was, we requested to get a drink and was told last call was over and the waiter already cashed out. We were never informed there was a last call. We weren't asking to stay at the restaurant, just a small drink to cheer in the New Year. Instead, we were driving home at that time. Any other time, I would understand.
