Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Another outstanding meal at one of my favorite restaurants in the Scottsdale area. As usual Oscar and the staff did an outstanding job!

    Expectations at restaurants can be very volitive in that each person in your group ideas and flavor tastes are ‘personalized’. At the Capital Grill Scottsdale they have found the formula of pleasing EVERYONE. It begins with greeting when you enter, hostess seating feels like family is bringing you their table, impeccable table spotless care, immediate welcome by our waiter Henri who not only personable but but a seasoned professional. Our dishes were so well prepared, delicious, and of impressive quantity cements value and extreme dedication to elevating exceeding expectations. Clearly one of the cities best restaurants. Highly recommended for any occasion, experience what many restaurants struggle to find- pleasing everyone with professional care, food preparation of the highest possible quality, served on time each meal minutes from the grill, delivered in a well thought out seating configuration topped off with great dollar value. Go experience this - you deserve it.

    As always, outstanding service and food!! Oscar and the staff are outstanding!! Every time I come to town, I eat here at least once or more. My favorite Capital Grille in the country!

    It was our anniversary and there was a card and confetti on our table. Our meal was delicious and our waiter was amazing! We love spending our anniversary with Capital Grille.

    We celebrated my wife's birthday for a great luncheon at Capital Grill today. Everything was perfect. Service was excellent and the food was superb. It was a great celebration, with a free birthday desert for my wife.

    We were very disappointed, we come to Capital Grille every year for Thanksgiving and this is the first time we have had a bad experience with the wait staff. My husband ordered a drink, I got a bottle of wine, and we ordered three appetizers, the soup, the crab cake, and the prosciutto. As we ate the appetizers, we thought it was odd that our server never returned for our main course order, hadn’t done the usual with going over the menu, or specials, or anything that they usually do, but hey, it’s Thanksgiving and the place is busy, completely understand. However, time went on, and all plates had been cleared; we waited a while just looking at each other due to how odd this was, as we were an hour into our reservation. Our server finally came over and said “Is there anything else I can get you for tonight, or?” …What? We were absolutely shocked. I said yes and ordered my steak and my husband did as well. We then sat at our completely cleared table for over half an hour waiting on our main course (which is not the fault of the kitchen naturally; typically the wait on the main course is not noticeable as it is fired while you have your appetizers). We are still completely in disbelief at how that was handled. I can only think there was an assumption that due to ordering multiple appetizers we were not eating dinner? I struggle with that though as it’s Thanksgiving and people tend to try different things when dining out. The only other thing we could think of was an assumption on our age, and while that could be flattering, it definitely put a damper on the evening. People in their 30’s do order main courses as well. The server then disappeared nearly altogether, hopefully from embarrassment, as we were assisted by another server for almost the rest of the evening. I would recommend that expectations get reset regarding assumptions based on either age, what patrons order, or both.

    We've been coming here for Thanksgiving for 10 years and it never disappoints! Everyone from the gals greeting you as you enter to Brett and Casper, not to mention our waiter. Eric, were beyond amazing! I'm never making turkey again.... Capital Grille is the ticket!
