Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Have eaten here many times, but this visit a few things were a little . . . Off. Had steak, wonderful. The asparagus had a charred/burned flavor and slightly metallic tasting and the anchovies on salad made it all too fishy/fish flavor was too intense. (Though we have had them before.). Everyone was very nice as usual. Maybe it was just too busy, so will go there again, likely soon as steak is always on point.

    The entire dining experience was first class. Our server was knowledgeable and exceptional in every way. The food excellent and the additional staff was wonderful.

    We didn't make our reservation until Monday night for NYE, so our only option was 7:45 PM outside, I was a little worried it would be cold, but it actually was pleasant. Our servers were great, they didn't relate chitchat with us much but the food and service was great.

    Experience was great. Only negative is they pack way to many people inside and it’s hard for staff and guest to get around. Someone in our group would have to move from her seat to let two tables get in and out.

    Our dining experience at the Capital Grille was very pleasant. The service was outstanding It's the first time in years my white dinner napkin was swapped for a black one to match my black pants. The servers covered for each other. We were never wanting of anything. The food was also fantastic with generous servings.

    Our waiter David made our annual wedding anniversary dinner a super nice experience. He was attentive, friendly and provided some extra touches which were highly appreciated. Thank you!

    We had an amazing dining experience. The food was excellent, as was the service. Our server was Christina and she did an exceptional job making sure all of our needs and requests were handled seamlessly. Our fillet steaks were the perfect temperature and were so tender they melted in our mouth. The salmon was exquisitely prepared and was very tender and flavorful. We had a great time and will definitely return!!
