Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Great experience for Valentines Day. Our waitress was top notch!!! I believe her name was Emily. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. My fiancée shared that she was pregnant and even though we didn’t want dessert, she surprised her with a plate that said congratulations w/desserts on it. She also brought out two champagne glasses with ginger ale in it. I thought that was very thoughtful of her to do and I was very pleased with her service. The food was pretty good. The porterhouse and the lamb was scrumptious. Will definitely go back for the experience. I also like how the brought out roses for all the ladies for Vday when the check was brought out!!! Very cool!

I went there to celebrate my birthday and they made me feel really special decorating the table with confetti and a cute message. Definitely a great experience in the place 💯

I recently celebrated my birthday at The Capital Grille in downtown Stamford, and I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff from the host to our server and even the manager went above and beyond to make the evening special. The attention to detail was impeccable, and their warm, attentive service made us feel truly valued. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the ambiance elevated the experience even further. It was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. A perfect 10/10! Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special I can’t wait to return!

George was great as our waiter Service is a top notch,the rib eye melt in my mouth,the shrimp, oysters everything was amazing, thanks for helping us celebrated our 19 years wedding anniversary.
