Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Ordered a filet medium rare. It came totally raw in the middle. The waitress agreed. She took it back to the kitchen and when she brought it back it was still undercooked. I decided to eat it anyway but was very disappointed. Expect a lot more from Capital Grille.

    Really poor entree; Salmon with one half spear is asparagus and one half of a cherry tomato! It was to be an accompaniment not a half a garnish. At the price of 32.00 for a very small piece of fish and half a cup of couscous. Never again. Told the waitress I was disappointed. Do you think she brought another tomato or spear? No. Said she would tell Chef which we all know did not happen. Sad. I used to live the place.
