Fantastic food at reasonable prices. Steaks are amazing! Service is excellent and friendly. We go several times a year - it’s worth it just for the bread basket!

We celebrated our second wedding anniversary here, and it was such a memorable experience. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The food? Absolutely incredible. The prime rib was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and just melted in our mouths. The fresh oysters were a real treat too, and you could tell they were carefully selected. Our server, Rick, went above and beyond to make sure our evening was special. He was so attentive and accommodating, even double-checking with the kitchen to ensure we got the plumpest oysters. It’s rare to find that level of care, and it really stood out to us. What made the night even more special was the complimentary dessert they gave us to celebrate our anniversary. We chose the crème brûlée, and they even wrote "Happy Anniversary" on it—such a thoughtful touch! It really made us feel appreciated. The staff overall were so friendly and welcoming, which added to the warm atmosphere. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more.

We had a great experience eating at the Charcoal room. The food was excellent. We had the porterhouse steak crusted in crush black pepper with a pepper corn sauce. It was wonderful. Highly Recommend this restaurant.

Wow. Amazing. A restaurant in Vegas where you can have a conversation. Crazy concept. Background music and not at a concert level. It’s so ridiculous when you have a business dinner and you have to think to yourself where can I go where we can actually have a conversation without yelling? WTF is it with Vegas?

Non responsive wait staff. Thank goodness for the hostess, who finally took our order. Steak not cooked as ordered-overdone and rough. Side ordered was presented after dinner mains were on the table
