First of all we were told they were running late. We waited after checking often, we were seated 45 minutes after our reservation. Not happy. This the second time station casinos were running late. Not good management.

Though they were busy and became more so during our dinner, our server was friendly, professional and did not try to rush our meal. Also, though the restaurant was busy, the noise level was low enough to have a conversation which is very important to us. My scallops were cooked to perfection, my husband's filet was a tad over cooked though he ordered medium rare. Overall it was a lovely evening and we will not hesitate to return to The Charcoal Room at Santa Fe Station.

A wonderful neighborhood restaurant. We have enjoyed dinner on NYE for the past few years. Excellent service!

The restaurant seemed a bit under staffed. Server and overall service was good, just slower than normal. Overall good experience.

I've eaten here many times. Food is outstanding. Service this time was lacking a bit. Perhaps the server was new?

They were behind on seating people with reservations. It was Christmas but they were overwhelmed with the number of people waiting to sit down. Food came out quickly and was good. Expensive but expected.

Had to wait a hour after reservation time. Seem to be understaffed, however staff attitude was very positive. After check in, said it was 15 minute wait. Don’t lie to me, please tell me the truth. Your contract has a 15 minute clause, where is my compensation for waiting and giving staff appropriately tip.
