We attended The Clearwater to celebrate New Year's Eve with fine dining experience. We were not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The staff was excellent, especially our waiter (A.J.). We were admitted 15 minutes before our reservation. We did not know that there was a bar available inside The Clearwater, otherwise we would not have gotten drinks from the casino area. The entree selections were impressive, and our main courses were prepared exactly as requested. We wished there were more dessert options, but since the main course portions were so large we passed on any desserts. The ambiance was truly warm and inviting, and the noise level was quiet. We carried on conversation at a normal voice volume. Expect to pay an above normal price per dish, however the servings were larger than normally expected. We will return again on a special occasion.

We have eaten here multiple times and the steak/prime rib was so good. Tonight it wasn’t the same. Prime rib was chewy and not as flavorful. The prime rib looked and tasted like it was cooked much earlier and then placed on a grill to warm. There were grill marks on the meat. Lost all its flavor/juice and obviously a lower cut of meat. I was very disappointed, so sad as I’ve always enjoyed my meal there.

After a wonderful Prime Rib Dinner on Christmas Eve my spouse Rose was very disappointed in her dinner selection of Pork Chop this evening. Rose stated the pork was overcooked, very fatty (very little edible portion) and tasteless. Rose did not inform our waiter of her dissatisfaction until our bill was presented. Our waiter apologized, left and came back and said they were giving Rose a free slice of chocolate Fudge cake for takeout to compensate her for the bad dinner. Rose accepted the fact that her dinner choice was bad and thought a slice of cake was very little compensation for her experience. Taking the dinner off the bill, as fine restaurants do, would have been better compensation. My dinner selection of Braised Short Ribs was very good. No complaint here. This is a very fine restaurant, and we will not let one bad dining experience prevent us from returning to dine here in the future. As they say, "there are good days, and there are bad days".

We had our Christmas eve dinner here. The food and customer service were amazing. The restaurant was decorated beautifully and make it feel very special.

Our dinner experience was wonderful. The prime rib was tender, tasty, and well appointed. The service, setting, and dinner were exceptional. We will have dinner there again tomorrow evening!

Overall the experience was good however the choreography with what to bring to the table at the right time needs work. Also some of the food on the plate had gotten cold by the time it was served.

We celebrated our anniversary and all was very good. We do enjoy a quiet place to eat and have a conversation without struggling to hear each other. The food was perfect and the price was reasonable. The wait staff were helpful and polite.
