   The whole staff made it a wonderful experience. Thankyou Jonathan, our waiter, he was so pleasant. Ah, the food. We had the Tile fish, and being in the mountains it is a treat. Perfectly cooked and paired with black rice and who knew bussel sprouts and mushrooms. The cocktails are amazing. I had the pear cosmo and ended with the perfect expresso martini, which was not on the menu. Every serving was excellent, from the bread, to the chef's treat and finally the sweet treat. Oh you can have a stool for your purse. Dress up, it's worth it.

   Outstanding evening - the venue always excels. Lamb was awesome. Overall experience is what fine dining should be.

   The dining room at the Inn is first class all the way. Everything from service to food is top shelf. One might argue it's a little pricey, but you kind of know that in advance staying at a beautiful place like this, and anyway, I don't mind paying a little more if everything meets or exceeds my expectations. I'd highly recommend a visit!

   Although the Dining Room was very low in attendance, the staff required myself and a guest to sit and wait for 10 minutes past our reservation time for a table. Out of the whole dining room, there were probably only 10 tables occupied at anytime during our stay. To have us wait when, I am pretty sure, there were not enough reservations to fill the entire dining room was not very hospitable. Another couple were made to wait 8 minutes and they were not happy either. Seating us and having us wait at a table would have been more appropriate.

   Went to dinner at the Biltmore Estate dining room for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The staff took great care of us (thanks Liana and Grace) and dinner was outstanding. It’s always a treat when we get the opportunity to go to the estate.

   We had a 1st class experience at our dinner w/ some close friends! The food, staff and ambience most excellent. The setting is wonderful and our party of 4 felt appreciated by the staff during our dinner. One of the best meals I have had over the last several years.

   Excellent fine dining experience. Outstanding food, service, and ambience. Generous portions. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth tender. We will plan to dine here again during our next visit.
